My versa does'nt connect with my phone foto more thanks a week now. I tried to find a solution but nothing works. This is my second watch in 2 years and I'm done with it...

Hello @Jonassel what do you mean by does not ot connect?

What phone do you have?

Are you trying to setup your versa or to sync your versa?

Do you see any error messages?

Please remember that we are not looking over your shoulder.

I have a Samsung 7 series. All software is suitable but nothing works anymore. The fitbit doesn't sync with bluetooth or wifi. I followed all tips that I found on the internet but nothing helps. I removed the watch from my account and now I can't even reinstall the watch. This is my second watch in 2 years. It costs too much to break down annually. Many people here have the same problem with their fitbit.
