It seems that my Fitbit can't find my phone since tbe update. It says not connected however all data is there and battery power is not correct.

I have an LG Stylo 4 and no problems at all until the update so a fix needs to be made.

I am having same problem with iPhone 11 Pro Max

VERSA keeps showing a Bluetooth Pairing Failure with my iPhone 11 Pro Max - I follow the directions, but it keeps saying that they are not communicating

@Kathryn711 you say that your tracker can not find the phone, what is it that you want to soon the tracker? 

 

@lschreno is the error your seeing from the Fitbit app, or are you on the phones BT screen? You do not want to be on the Bluetooth screen.

the error message LOST BLUETOOTH PAIRING appears on the screen when I access the Fitbit app --- not on the BT screen

If I go to the BT screen - it shows the Versa is connected

Well I restarted my phone after new update and it is working now..., 🎉🎊🎉

mine still is doing the same thing even after the update - powering the phone off -- and then powering the phone back on
