Customize Sleep Mode setting

My NEW watch is on Off-hours. It says to go to settings and customize. Where the hell is it? I’ve looked everywhere and can’t find this setting.

I don;'t know what you mean by "Off-hours". 

"It says to go to settings and customize." Is 'go to settings and customize' an actual message you see on the Versa 2?

The versa 2 has a setting, “Off-hours”, that won’t display so as to not disturb your sleep. The message I got was to go to settings, and customize “off-hours”. I haven’t been able to find anywhere in settings where I can modify “off-hours”.

What you are talking about it called 'Sleep Mode'.  From main clock face, scroll right to Settings and tap that; then scroll down and you will see 'Sleep Mode'; tap that and you can set Sleep Mode hours and toggle it on/off.
