Hi, I'm trying to download some of the logs (mainly food) from my Fitbit account - I've tried over several days and with different combinations of data & dates I want and selecting CSV or Excel. It seems to work for a few seconds and then I get a message 'Something has gone wrong'. Any ideas what is happening?

Your not doing anything wrong @JanYoung …I’m seeing this as a growing issue here in the forums. It most likely a server issue and nothing you are doing wrong on your end. From my understanding Fitbit is aware of the issues and hopefully (fingers crossed 🤞) address it quickly. I just wanted to pop in to let you know so your don’t do any unnecessary troubleshooting steps on your end.
😉 I realize this is not the answer you were hoping for but I hope my response provides you with the best answer I can currently provide.

Thanks for the info MegaBite. I suspected that was probably the case... I'll keep my fingers crossed as well that Fitbit address the issue soon. Better not hold my breath though :).

I’m seeing others now having success downloading date and no longer getting the “something has gone wrong”prompt. I’m hoping that’s the case for you as well! Let me know if it’s finally resolved for you.
