My Fitbit Versa Lite is showing the message Data Not Cleared, Sync & Try Again with a huge cross in the center. What do I do?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'd like to let you know that the red X that's on your device's display is because the firmware version update wasn't completed. For best results, leave on all-day sync and remove other Fitbit watches and trackers from your phone's Bluetooth settings. Then, please follow the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I update my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
