For some unknown reason the steps, activity, heart rate & calories burned defaults to 0 while wearing my Versa. On occasion pushing one of the button on the right then back to home it the data will reappear by not often or lasting. How can I correct this problem?

@Davewehl Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! How often does this happen? Is it at a regular interval? Does it happen randomly or always at the same time? You can try removing all devices listed under the bluetooth settings on your phone, restart it and restart your Versa by doing the following:
1.- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- If your Fitbit watch doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.
You could also try removing your Versa from your account (tap the account button at the top right corner, tap your Versa icon then the trashcan icon) and then retry the setup to see if this helps fix the issue.
Let me know how it goes!

My versa is doing the same thing and does not sync well at all. I love this watch but the not syncing is becoming a real hassle.

@Daw4022 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Which phone are you using to sync? Is it compatible? Please try the suggestions in my previous post and see if this helps.
Keep me posted!

Actually, there wasn’t a sync problem with my iPhone 8. The problem was the Fitbit not registering data such as bpm etc on the watch face. However, the problem seems to have resolved itself. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I'm having thus problem quite often. Have to press the left and right buttons to then see the proper data and clock face again. I thought this was to do with what clock face I had but it's still doing it after changing it. I'm using a Samsung galaxy S8 plus.

@Jaymj A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that your Versa is having issues and for the delay in my reply. Thank you for restarting your Versa. I would like to know if you are still having these issues with your device? How often do you sync your Versa? If the issue persist have you tried doing a factory reset on your Versa? Go to settings, about, factory reset. You will need to set it up again and see how it behaves.
Keep me posted!
