I have done a factory reset on my versa and i deleted the fitbit app after deleting the watch from the app and went and gave the watch to my daughter and she said there was a red x and says data not cleared synx and try again. I read through the community and tried all fixes... now what do i do... nothing worked.

Let me share with you that the error message your Versa is showing is because the firmware update process wasn't completed. That said, I recommend you to learn more about how to update the firmware version of your Fitbit device with the information that's specified on this help article.
