Both date and time wrong on my verse lite. The sync with the correct time zone didn’t work, any suggestions?
Is there a hard reset to try?

Only way to set date and time is by sync. Device will take date and time from phone or other sync device at each successful sync.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
