Hi,

I updated the firmware on my watch yesterday and all was well, but during the night the watch seems to have died.

I had it on charge, but this morning the screen is black and it won't turn on.

Have tried everything - holding left button only, holding left and bottom buttons and holding all 3 buttons together - for 10 seconds and for over 5 minutes - but absolutely nothing.

I've cleaned the watch and charger contacts to no effect.

Is this watch now dead? Any other things I can try?

Mine has done the exact same thing today, went got a run on the treadmill, then set it to walk for walking home and by the time I got home it was dead, app saying I have 50% charge 🤦🏼‍:female_sign:
