Display of Versa is gone

Post recent Tracker Update. Versa screen won't turn on. Though it's green sensor light at bottom keep continuously blinking. Charging the device also doesn't help. App is not able to sync or establish conection as well. 

 

Appreciate some help to fix it

i contacted them and they told me my device was past their warranty (1 year) and there was nothing they can do.  They gave a 35% discount off a new one.  I've had my device for about 2 years.

Isn’t that an ecological issue? They don’t repair, they make you buy a new
one and add the the « OLD » one to the junk pile! NEVER again will I buy a
Fitbit! But I’ll make sure word of this gets around!

I put mine back on the charger even though I thought it was full and then
it came back. So far it's staying on.

I am reading the thread and I do see where you stated that Fitbit Customer Service is unavailable. Are you trying Live Chat or calling them directly? I posted the Fitbit Customer Service information so that it would be available to everyone on this thread who have an unresponsive Fitbit. 

I do not work for Fitbit. I’m just a volunteer. I don’t have any inside information on the status of Fitbit Customer Service available but I can only suggest to keep trying. I’m sorry I’m unable to provide any further details.

Live chat does not work and I live in Croatia, so calling Fitbit in US is
not n option.

update : following a lengthy ‘exchange’  with Fitbit Support via LiveChat, when they realised I had tried ALL of their suggested ‘solutions’, the CS person said they would have to escalate to their supervisor and revert by email.  Within an hour, I got an email telling me my Versa 2 was ‘out of warranty’ and offered me a 35% discount on a limited number of new Fitbits… ie… they have NO IDEA how to fix the Dimness issue that has arisen over the past few days!!  So once again, Fitbit are designing products that are designed to last just one year??????  Please spread the word to as many people as you can… this is just not acceptable.

Yes, that’s exactly the response they gave me. I can tell you that before
Google took over fitbit support was fantastic! This is a completely
different story! I wonder how many people are going through this right now?
What a shame! I was pleased with Versa 2 before this issue. The support
though I would rate at 1!

Last 2 days my v2 drained too quickly w/in a day..I would charge... last night it went dead.. dead...I tried all suggestions...I just looked..it's on now...I can only imagine a patch? Went out or something.. 🤞 odd, but I will take it

That’s how it started with mine, but after recharge it started showing the
text Set up wallet and nothing else. It sure looks like a hack to me.
Thankfully I did not have an cards associated with it.

Exactly same here. Fitbit battery died in the middle of the night last week and woke up today to screen not swiping at all. Went through all the troubleshooting and they said they couldn’t do anymore and I would get an email about the warranty. Was told it’s out of warranty but they would give me 35% discount. Checked my emails and I ordered this Fitbit in August 2020. Seems to be they get to 2 years and conveniently conk out!

Have you READ these posts???? We all HAVE ALREADY contacted Fitbit Support but, if your watch is more than 12 months old, they will not ‘support’ you… just tell you to buy a new one!!!!!! 

as I said already, a €200 product should last longer than 12 months….. the issue is entirely a Fitbit issue (Have they been hacked????) and they need to FIX IT!!

Has anyone received any updates on this? My Versa 2 has been in the same boat since Saturday and all I got was the same 35% discount for my next Fitbit since mine is out of warranty, like others I've seen post on here. Unreal.

Mine won’t sync or connect to WiFi or Bluetooth- I’m wondering if it’s because of the recent update with so many other people g

No, there was nothing more from Fitbit and I don't think there will be
anything else. They gave all of us a 35% discount on new watches and
they're done with us! I'm still not sure if I was hacked or if this is a
preprogrammed obsolescence! Either way, totally disappointing!

My screen was on but I couldn’t sync my versa or connect it to WiFi or BlueTooth so I did a factory reset and it’s now seems to be working again
