I understand this data is not certified or anything, but I had a question regarding it. Fitbit says if you have big variations often to talk to your doctor, but do they mean multiple variations a night or do they mean frequently having a big variation in a sleep session. In other words, I get a single peak of big variation in a sleep session in about 1 in 4 sleep sessions. Should I be concerned and talk to my doctor or is that minor?
