Has anyone had any problems with email change without permission?i can’t sync my data or log into my app anymore

I have had the same issue and support said they couldn't see anything in my account. I had to create a new account and just told me to delete my device and re-add. I did that and my dashboard on the website still doesn't show my device sync'd.
Best AnswerI just had this issue a few days ago. I tried to login to my app and was told my password was incorrect. I tried to reset it and no email came through. I was looking through my emails and found one from Fitbit saying my Fitbit account had been update with this message:
"We have received a request to change the email address on your Fitbit account to:
If you requested this change, you can ignore this email. If you didn’t make this request, you can revert the email change in the next 72 hours by clicking on this link: [Link was below]"
I followed the link and it returned my account to my email address and had me reset my password. I was a bit livid but I'm thankful for that email. If you find you can't login, search your inbox. I will be sent the date it was changed and tell you what it was changed to.
