This week I updated my versa 2 to the zone minutes. Now when I swipe up there is an empty circle where my active minutes used to be, and then I scroll left and can see my steps and zone minutes etc.
why is this happening?! It’s driving me insane. Should it be showing active minutes still?

Hi @taylorvenable. Welcome! It's nice to have a new face around.
Thanks for sharing that this started after the firmware update, as well for the picture provided. It's odd that you're getting that empty icon instead of your daily stats. Just to confirm, is your Versa 2 syncing and your data showing up correctly in the Fitbit app? I'd recommend to perform a restart, open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync. Once that is done, open the Today app on your watch and check your details one more time.
I'll look forward to your response.

Hi! I have tried that. I’ve also updated my IOS on my iPhone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app as well. Still empty and sad circle.

Hi. The same thing happened to me after my update. I went to the “Account” page in the phone app, then selected my Versa 2, scrolled down to “Main Goal”. Is was still set to active minutes even though fitbit doesn’t track active minutes anymore. I changed to active zone and empty sad circle immediately populated with active zone info!!!
