Hi,
I have a brand new Versa 2 and have set it to auto-log walks longer than 15'. Yesterday I went on a 45' walk. This appears in my active minutes, but wasn't logged as 1 of my 5 days of exercise. If I try to log it manually, it adds to my active minutes and steps, and miscalculates calories, which isn't what I want. Plus, having to log workouts defeats the whole purpose of getting a fitbit. Any way to fix this?
thank you

Hi @christinazach , a lot of users are since yesterday complaining about the same problem. Seems to be a server issue. Untill this is fixed, you can manually log your exercises. On your Versa, go to exercises, press it and choose the one you're going to do. Press start and when you're finished, press stop and your exercise will be logged.
