I ordered my fit bit, and purchased overnight shipping, and it has been 5 days and still nothing has arrived.
I ordered on April 2, and it is now April 6. I am being told it will arrive tomorrow.
I was also told it "will arrive tomorrow" on April 2 when I messaged a live chat agent.
This is really poor service. They should advertise if they cannot maintain their shipping commitments.
Anyone else?
There are messages back in 2016 with the same complaints. Fitbit has an issue with shipping and that is not covid related
