I recently got a Versa 3 for Christmas.  Unfortunately, the watch was dropped and the screen cracked.  Is there a local vendor to repair or can I send to FitBit?

Hi @CandiseHuie  there are no repairs for these devices. If this was purchased with a credit card, see if the company has insurance on that purchase. It's worked for other people.
