I was just sitting in boyfriend's truck, reached down to get purse, and my face fell off. Tried putting it back on, but won't stay. Is there a way to get this replaced?

Hi @Ksfeline77
Make sure that the bands are attached properly onto your tracker. Feel free to check out the YouTube Video from Fitbit:

Hope it helps

When the tracker is under warranty, it's possible to contact the Fitbit Support Team. It's up to them to decide regarding warranty..
