I factory reset my Versa and now it will not turn on. I have tried holding all 3 buttons down and also the left and right bottom still nothing. It doesn’t look as if it’s charging either. Can someone help?

I'm having the same issue. I did the factory reset after it appeared it wouldn't hold a charge for more than one day. Now it won't charge at all.

I did it just to clear my data off but now it will not charge. I have searched these forums for last hour and nothing
