Failed to sync/unable to update

Since the new update on the Fitbit app, I’m having issues with syncing. It seems to take a century to retrieve information then when I get it I get a failed to sync shortly followed by an on screen message ‘we were unable to update/install one or more apps. Please try again’

 

I’m not trying to download anything except my sleep stats. I’ve read through some posts with the similar issues. I’ve tried all the recommendations but I’m at a loss & really don’t know what to do. Any suggestions welcome 🙂

I had this issue when I was switched to the new dashboard, @mbl31.  The only difference was ALL of my stats weren't updating!  They would show on the Dashboard, but no numbers would be shown.

 

What worked for me was clearing the app cache on the phone.  Have you tried that?
