I have a persistent "Connected GPS is running" notification this week, since my last run. I have rebooted phone and watch to no avail. My phone battery is draining faster since it started. Can anyone help get rid of it without disabling functions I need like location services?

 

Fitbit Versa 1, version 32.70.714

Fitbit app auto updated to v 3.12.1

OnePlus 7 Pro, running Android 10 v 10.0.3

What happens when you break the connection by turning the phones Bluetooth off. Then on?

Hi Rich,

 

Thanks for following up. Disabling Bluetooth just amends the error to add (Bluetooth disabled) in parenthesis after the notification error.

 

Another watch reset solved it temporarily, then it came back. After multiple synchs, it seems to have cleared for now but I'm none the wiser to what fixed it.
