Fitbit Update 8/23/18:
Hey, everyone! Just wanted to thank you all for your participation in this thread.
Since the majority of Versa users have successfully updated to OS 2.1.1 (v32.32.10.15) I have decided to close this topic from further comments.
If you still have not updated your Versa to OS 2.1.1, check out this help article for how to update your device. Please complete this update so that you're prepared for the next release.
If you are experiencing an issue with your Versa unrelated to the firmware-up process, I invite you to start a new topic on the Community or find a related topic.
Thanks for all your feedback and contributions on this thread. We're looking forward to bringing you all the next Fitbit OS update!
Fitbit Update 05/11/2018: We have released Fitbit OS 2.1 to 100% of Versa users (Firmware Version: 32.32.10.15).
Hi, everyone!
I am excited to announce the release of Fitbit OS 2.1! (Firmware Version: 32.32.10.15)
We've started to roll out this update to 10% of Versa users. This is a progressive rollout, and all Versa users can expect to have it within a few weeks. We roll out releases in phases as a cautionary measure so that we can monitor performance closely and make adjustments if needed.
WHAT’S NEW
Introducing quick replies. Send customized responses to text messages and messages from select messaging apps with your Fitbit watch. Note that this feature is currently only available on watches paired to an Android phone. For more information, see How do I respond to messages with my Fitbit watch?
WHAT’S FIXED
This release includes other bug fixes and improvements.
Step by step instructions for updating your Versa can be found here.
I recommend updating your Versa over a home Wi-Fi network as this can greatly reduce the time it can take to get set up. For more information on connecting your Versa to Wi-Fi, check out this article.
If you run into any trouble updating your Versa, I can also recommend reviewing these troubleshooting tips.
Looking forward to hearing everyone's feedback on the latest release. If you have any questions, feel free to let me know!

I unpaired my versa, deleted it from my app and did a factory reset. I created a new account and did the set up all over again. As of now it looks like everything is working, its still only .15 but my sleep, steps and exercise logged with the exception that it restarted or shut off during treadmill exercise after about 10 mins, I felt it vibrate so I think it restarted. I started treadmill exercise again and it lasted unti I was done. so far so good hopefully I don't jinx myself sucks I have to use a new account but until .20 updates I will keep using the new account.

I’m having the same problem with mine not syncing. Did you return for a new one? Or did you ever fix the problem? Mine is brand new and was a mother’s day gift and I’m so disappointed it doesn’t work right.

Does anyone have problems with Fitbit Coach updating your personal workouts ?I got my Versa about a week ago and have been working out with the watch every day no problem . The watch would update my personalized workouts daily when I would sync it. Then suddenly today it went back to the factory workouts and it won't update.

Shortly after I updated to this firmware, I no longer receive Google Voice notifications on my Versa. I get all other notifications but these just randomly stopped.

I bought my Versa at the end of April. I got about 4-5 days battery life for the first 2 weeks I owned the watch.
The upgrade pushed to my Versa on Monday morning this week (5/14), and I've had to recharge twice since then. By Tuesday, battery was below 50%. I had been using the timer and tried the 'relax' app, However, after I charged on Tuesday (early afternoon) I have done nothing but track steps, and I was down to 35% by this morning (about 36 hours).
Additionally, I woke up this morning and my current heart rate was 105? I think that's not right...
I un-installed a bunch of apps on Tuesday before I charged, to try to trim all possible background activity.
I'm not getting a ton of notifications, and have most notifications disabled. Just calls and 1 messenger app. I get about 10 notifications a day on that messenger, and 2-3 calls daily.

Is there any news or plan to release quick reply's for ios users? I would like to know mainly because I am a fitbit versa user using an iphone. Also, for future purchases, I need to know if this feature will be available on ios in case I choose to get one of these for my wife. If it won't be available for ios users, then I will probably go with a different smart watch for her.
