Fitbit Update 8/23/18:
Hey, everyone! Just wanted to thank you all for your participation in this thread.
Since the majority of Versa users have successfully updated to OS 2.1.1 (v32.32.10.15) I have decided to close this topic from further comments.
If you still have not updated your Versa to OS 2.1.1, check out this help article for how to update your device. Please complete this update so that you're prepared for the next release.
If you are experiencing an issue with your Versa unrelated to the firmware-up process, I invite you to start a new topic on the Community or find a related topic.
Thanks for all your feedback and contributions on this thread. We're looking forward to bringing you all the next Fitbit OS update!
Fitbit Update 05/11/2018: We have released Fitbit OS 2.1 to 100% of Versa users (Firmware Version: 32.32.10.15).
Hi, everyone!
I am excited to announce the release of Fitbit OS 2.1! (Firmware Version: 32.32.10.15)
We've started to roll out this update to 10% of Versa users. This is a progressive rollout, and all Versa users can expect to have it within a few weeks. We roll out releases in phases as a cautionary measure so that we can monitor performance closely and make adjustments if needed.
WHAT’S NEW
Introducing quick replies. Send customized responses to text messages and messages from select messaging apps with your Fitbit watch. Note that this feature is currently only available on watches paired to an Android phone. For more information, see How do I respond to messages with my Fitbit watch?
WHAT’S FIXED
This release includes other bug fixes and improvements.
Step by step instructions for updating your Versa can be found here.
I recommend updating your Versa over a home Wi-Fi network as this can greatly reduce the time it can take to get set up. For more information on connecting your Versa to Wi-Fi, check out this article.
If you run into any trouble updating your Versa, I can also recommend reviewing these troubleshooting tips.
Looking forward to hearing everyone's feedback on the latest release. If you have any questions, feel free to let me know!

It started with my resting HR being abnormally high. Did some research and other people experienced that. The new firmware was so supposed to correct it. Instead, my Fitbit stopped responding to my touch on the screen and then my Fitbit went dead. Put it on the charger it won’t even charge.

I had updated the firmware but however I am unable to send quick replies to text messages but I can able to send quick replies to missed calls and emails. I even restated my fitbit versa. It's still the same. I'm not getting reply button for text messages alone. Using oneplus one mobile. Let me know how to overcome this issue.

I tried twice without WiFi. Customer service told me I had to (?). Why would wifi impact Bluetooth?
Something went wrong after updates. Fitbit needs to stop blaming users.

Last update basically ruined the watch. Already sold mine as I don't want to be the one beta testing Fitbit a watch for them.
Switched to the amazfit bip. 40 day battery life.

So far I have tried 4 different chargers to charge the fitbit. Lastly I used my laptops USB charger as fitbit recommended that use that to charge my versa . The battery dropped from 100 percent to 50 percent in less than 24 hours. I have all the features and settings off as previously mentioned in my other comments. I know my versa is faulty and fitbit won't recognize the issue. My biggest problem is that I bought mine internationally (Singapore Airport) during my transit from Auckland . Is there any service centre in India whom I can contact and get a replacement or a refund. I got my versa on the 7th of May . I have been in touch with fitbit support through emails and they have been making me run around in circles. Basically using comments from members here as a part of their solution to my problems. The versa was perfect for the first week. It lasted for 4 days . But then the never ending problems started. Also Mods have been deleting my comments since it was considered 'hostile'. Lol.

Ok that's at least good to know that someone is reading the comments here and controlling it. For once I felt Fitbit doesn't care at all about their customers. They launched the product, took our money now if it doesn't work like it's supposed to it's our fault that we fell into their false advertisements. I am stuck with 2 Fitbit versa special editions. Lost my return opportunity. I have a 230 euros digital watch to see time that's it.

I bought my Versa about four weeks ago and am terribly frustrated with firmware updates, syncing, etc. The latest firmware update will not load no matter what I do. I joined Fitbit way back when with the little one that I kept in my pocket and have gone through many new devices without any issues. I think the Versa was a terrible investment.

I just purchased my Versa...and it has the lastest firmware but I dont have the option to reply to messages on my watch. Trying to troubleshoot what the problem is. I am receiving notifications but not able to reply with the pre set replies which are available in the app. What am I missing?
