Fitbit Pay

I just got my Versa over the weekend. I have set up my wallet for my B of A card. That all went fine.

My problem is every place I have tried to use my Versa to pay the machine says it can't read the card or it's not supported.

I will then use my Google Pay and it works fine.

Is anyone else having issues using their Versa to pay for stuff?

I wish I could, no USAA support yet, good luck tho!

My other bank is USAA so I am eagerly waiting for that support as well.

I also tend to call USAA from time to time and ask them to add fitbit os to their supported platforms, last time i just did a chat while i was at work and talked to one of their customer support reps

My bank is listed as being compatible with fitbit pay but I have yet to get it to successfully complete a transaction. Samsong Pay, on the other hand, works fine and paid for all the transaction fitbit pay couldn't. In other words Fitbit is giving me a **ahem**fit.

I got mine successfully set up as well and even got an email from my bank stating it was good to go. But I also haven't been able to make a successful transaction yet.

I am having the same issue. I added my Chase Visa card, and got confirmation from my bank that it was added. I tried to use Fitbit Pay to buy a soda at a vending machine, and the Versa had a checkmark saying that it worked, but the actual vending machine gave me a double beep and didn't give me any messaging that it read the chip. No error messaging either.

When I used Google Pay for my phone, it worked fine.

So far I have the exact same problem. Very dissapointing, this is the reason I paid for the premium version and it won't work! In addition the battery is no longer able to go past a single day. I am very close to dumping Fitbit and going back to my old Pebble.
