Fitbit Versa 2 Sp02 issues

I recently got the Fitbit versa 2 with the purpose of monitoring my oxygen because I have asthma and sleep apnea but I'm on the waiting list for a CPAP. I can't download the clock face or see my current O2 stats at all. Am I doing something wrong? Do I have the wrong Fitbit? Because if I do I am going to have to return this one and get a different one.

Hi @NAOMIANNE21  - if you can't download an SPO2 clock face it may be the watch firmware never got updated when it was setup.

To check, on the watch Settings, About menu see what version says. it should be at least 35.72.1.9

However an SPO2 clock face will only give you one reading per night, and uses the battery quite a bit.

In your case suggest this as an alternative which can be used any time.

Without the SPO2 clock face you still get the Estimated Oxygen Variation in the Sleep tile of the Fitbit App. You can check sleep apnea there.

Thank you so much! I slept with the Fitbit on and it didn't get any readings. Is there a certain amount of days before it works or is it just that it needed an update?
