Hi
From this morning in my smart watch shows a jumping cat and I could nin access to my smart watch. I restarted but still the same. I tried to reset but it was not possible as the screen only shows jumping cat. Please help me to fix that problem.

Are you sure that your watch is a Fitbit watch? None of the models I know of have that kind of display. Would you mind posting a picture so that we can verify what you have?

@khairunnahar, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since it shows a jumping cat and doesn't let you to access to the main screen. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
In addition to the information that @DramaQueenDiva requested, if you have a Fitbit device, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
