I have had my Fitbit versa 2 for 6 months and it has been working fine, but keeps switching itself off and won’t restart. How can I fix this?

Could be flat battery - make sure its charging properly. It should come on if its charging.

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you verify if its faulty.

Best to get it replaced at the place you bought it if it is faulty to make sure you get a new one.
