I got a fitbit Versa 2 and it was working wonderfully. The past week and half it has stopped Automatically tracking and logging my exercises properly and will not fully sync when I log a work out manually (syncing heart rate and calories burned with logged workouts). It used to sync up or track automatically. I have tried restarting to watch, and that did not work. I can see that it still tracks my heart rate and shows the spikes that occur during my work outs when I open the heart rate graphs on the app. However in the logged work out it says not enough data available. Any suggestions one how to fix this problem?
same issue. fitbit, are you there?
I’ve discovered if you have WiFi enabled, even if you are not using it where you are, it allows all tracking features to work. My GPS starting working again as soon as I enabled WiFi. Oddest thing.
I told Fitbit customer service yesterday that I will never buy another Fitbit product since they haven’t addressed this simple issue since May! Ive concluded that they can’t fix it but keep leading me on that they are working on it.
I've been having the same issue. I've been doing more than 15 mins on the treadmill (default) and it tracks nothing. I shouldn't have to manually track it everytime because then it messes up my weight watchers activity tracking. I might just bite the bullet and get a Samsung galaxy watch.

Hi. I had to put GPS on all of the time and not just when the app was running. Seems to have sorted

Best AnswerInteresting. How do you enable GPS and does it work with treadmill and stationary bike?
Best AnswerI have an android phone, so I don't think it would work with the apple watch.
Best AnswerJust bought my Versa2 today, went for a walk which i started an exercise for as soon as i left. I watched it start the workout, but when i got home, it showed the length of the workout as 1 second. I went back and edited it for the time i was walking, but have there been any resolutions with this? I just got rid of my apple watch in hopes of better workout tracking.
