My Fitbit Versa 2 stopped vibrating most of the time, just 1.4 years after I bought it.
I can see the alarms but it doesn't vibrate.
I tried resetting it by holding down the button for many seconds, and the problem still exists.
Is there something else I can do other than try another brand?

I would recommend setting up your watch as a replacement device:
In addition, you can delete the silent alarms on your Versa 2 and set them up once again. For instructions, please visit this article.

It seemed to be working for a couple of days and now it's back to missing some vibrations.
The watch has creatively discovered a new way to fail by missing scheduled notifications entirely, not just the vibration bit.
Is there a way to get this thing repaired without paying another $180 for a new one?
