Fitbit Versa 2 won't sync suddenly

Its been only 2 weeks to my purchase, fitbit was working fine, suddenly after my swim in shallow water, it stopped syncing with my device. I deleted and downloaded the app again n factory resetted the watch but now it just wont sync

Hello @rashidas 

I understand you performed a factory reset on your Versa 2. Before doing a factory reset did you first unpair it from your Fitbit account and phone's Bluetooth settings? If you didn’t that would explain why it's most likely not syncing. If that’s the case try the steps below:

         Remove your Versa 2 from your phone's Bluetooth.
         Force quit the Fitbit app by swiping the app upward
         Turn off your Bluetooth

         Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes

         Turn on your Bluetooth.
          Set up your Versa 2 again…open your Fitbit App, tap your profile picture, now scroll down and tap Set Up A Device.
          Choose Versa 2 on the list and follow the onscreen instructions.
