I've read both of these articles, and couldn't find an answer to my delimma! All I can get is the logo, but when I reboot, it just stops at the logo and does nothing else. I tried pairing the device, but on the app it shows a red circle with a "!"
The firmware version is 36.128.6.12
Last pairing was 3/30/2023 at 12:00am
When I held and pressed the button on the side of the FitBit, it would vibrate go black and then the logo would come up, and it stays up. I pressed the button with and without the charge cable, it's the only one I have for it.
What else can I do?
