Several times though not always, I turn my wrist and I will find my Versa 3 is showing the lock screen for the payment app. It's extremely annoying when exercising when you can't easily go to the home screen. If I tap the lock it asks me for the PIN and takes me to payments. If I don't it never changes till I press the left button. I like the payment option a lot but entering the PIN each time is inconvenient. Anyway to setup Fitbit such that if it has a connection to my phone it doesn't ask for PIN for payment?

Hi @salilsurendran - the problem may be an accidental payment request. If you have assigned the long button press to payments it may accidentally be getting pressed and that's what causes the problem.
The solution is to move payments to one of the double press options and disable or put something else on long press.
