I bought a Fitbit Versa Special Edition for my wife last year for Christmas on Amazon. Just today the screen has completely come off and is hanging by a connection wire. My wife takes very good care of her Versa and has never had any issues with it what so ever until today. It's almost like the glue that holds the screen onto the housing has lost its hold. What do I need to do? I have the original packaging and I can get the purchase receipt from Amazon.
