While I was changing the clock display, my Versa screen turned off and hasn't come back on. It was fully charged at the time, but the green lights doesn't turn on. I keep it on the charger, but nothing happens. I can't reboot it or anything.

Hi, are you also not able to restart your Versa with the two buttons method or even the three buttons method? Is your Versa still connected to the Fitbit app? If yes, install a Clock Face from Fitbit itself and see if that solves your problem, cause you possibly dowloaded a Third Party Clock Face that's not compatible with the new Firmware version. If none of the above works, contact Customer Support about your issue.

I just went through that and they're sending me a replacement after troubleshooting with customer service You can call and try the ts and go from there.
