my fitbit versa smart watch connect to my mobile Redmi note 5 pro, bt recently i face problem. the problem is my fitbit versa watch 'unlock with your phone' Please help me quickly

If you put the wrong PIN into your fitbit 10 times it locks it and gives that message to unlock with your phone. The instructions for doing that are at: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2250

If the unlock instructions are not working for you then you might want to contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com as they may be able to see what's happening from the server side.
