I have done all the troubleshooting o have found and still doesnt qork any ideas. I seen other people have the same problem. I have a samsung galaxy j7 star. Hi @Justine89 You are right - your phone is not on the Supported Devices List. Unsupported phones often work well, but if something upsets the connection between phone and tracker (usually an update to phone or tracker) then no one is working towards gettingnit working again. All you can do in your situation is go through all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on troubleshooting notifications.

Fitbit does add new phones to the Supported List from time to time. I have no idea what phones they are working on - Fitbit dont say. You just have to keep your eye on the Supported Devices List to see when a phone is added Im afraid.
