Fitbit Versa not Turing on

My versa was at 19% battery life when the screen went blank but still had the back light on. I placed it on the charger thinking it had just died and needed some charging but when i looked at it again, nothing had changed. So, I went to reset it and the screen went blank. My versa will not turn on at all even if after placing it back on the charger for another 30+ minutes. I love my versa and am very saddened by this. Has anyone else had this issue?

I am having the same issue with mine, but I haven't received a response from Fitbit yet regarding the issue.
