Hi, you can perform a hard reset by the three buttons method. Press and hold all three buttons together untill you feel a strong vibration (can take 15-20 secs) and release only the right lower button untill the Versa shows the Fitbit logo. Read also this topic about the Factory Reset.  This gives you all the needed infornmartion about the Factory Reset and also how to setup your Versa all over again to your phone as the Versa acts like a brand new watch after a FR.

I tried this method entire day, since this morning. First of all, is no noise at all,  and fitbit logo is still appearing, even if I press correct the right buttons.

This method was working several months ago ...not anymore.

It doesn't work.

I have the same problem. I am fed up with Versa and Fitbit.

@randrei It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I want to follow up on the issue that your Versa is experiencing since it won't turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it before. After this, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

Hi,

My versa was working great until this morning.  I charged it while I took a shower.  It was at 99% when I put it on my wrist.  I went to work and checked my wrist and it was black.  It's not tracking any steps and it doesn't even come up on my phone as linked.  My phone cannot connect to the Versa anymore.  I'm tried pushing the back and bottom buttons and holding onto them and waiting for the screen to say Fitbit but it doesn't.  I tried what someone suggested:  Holding all 3 buttons and that didn't work either.  There is nothing on the screen and no vibrations.  It's just dead.  It isn't even a year old yet.
