Fitbit Versa not working

My divice show full chagre when I put on Charing but as I remove it it does switch on

@Kavitagoelpain Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your Versa not working when you remove it from the charging cable. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. If it syncs you can try changing the clock face too.
