Fitbit Versa won't turn on

My versa turned off in the middle of the day a few days ago. It had recently been charged so should have had 50-75% battery left. I have tried charging it for several hours and overnight. It gets warm on the charger so I think the charger is working still, but it doesn't turn on. I have tried holding down the back button and bottom button for several minutes and I have tried holding down all three buttons for several minutes. Nothing has worked and it is completely lifeless - no green lights, no vibrating, etc. Does anyone have any other tips I can try? It is only a year and 3 months old but of course that means the warranty is up. Thank you!

My Versa is doing same thing.  I charged it overnight and it will not turn on.

I just tried again holding the back (button on left) and the right bottom button for about 30 sec (longer than I held before) and got the logo.  My battery is showing about 4% so apparently the charge overnight did not take. Back on charger now.

I tried this still won't turn on and won't charge. Wonder if it is a technical issue.

Update on mine- just took off charger (shows 100% now) but the time is off.  shows as 9:05 when is should be 10:37.  something is going on...

It thinks it  is 9:05 on the 4th.  also I found out it has not sinc in several days.

I've tried restart, factory restart  logo will not come up only sort of lit box

Same my versa ...issue...dead when I got up. Charged it...won't sync to phone app.

Turned it off and it won't come back on.

Put back on charger but, know it still charged from this morning...doesn't show charging...just black screen. Will not come back on.

I just held the bottom right button and the left button in for a few
seconds and finally got it to turn on. Try that. Hope this helps.

Mine also just stopped working. Worked fine yesterday. Today black screen nothing will reset it. I’ve tried holding the buttons in every combination. Did they all just stop working?!?!

I've tried chatting online and calling fitbit but they have a crazy wait time right now. I haven't seen a way to email them? But it seems like we all need a little tech support right now...

Agreed- I hope they find a solution soon.  I got mine to reset, but the time and date are off.  Also it won't sinc on any of my devices.

On the phone with Fitbit now and they can’t help. They are looking into my warranty. Mine is only 4 months old.

Mine was on 4% so I went to charge it and nothing is happening. It isn’t saying it’s charging or anything and now it’s just dead I’m assuming. The app says it was last on 3% 😕 I hope this is resolved soon.

I was just on a "chat" with one of their reps who considered this a sincing issue.  she asked me to upload a screenshot of the message I was getting (device not found), but the time I was able to get it uploaded, she ended the chat saying it was taking too long.  

Apparently they don't get what it going on..

I chatted with someone too and mentioned other people are having issues and
we exhausted all options for it to turn back on... I’m out of the warranty
so they offered a discount on a versa lite but I’m not trying to spend $100
on a new watch right now... ugh 😞

I find it really suspicious this is happening en masse and conveniently just out of warranty now that they have released a new model. This happened right after I updated the firmware last week

 

Not impressed. won't be buying another fitbit smartwatch- apple stands behind their products better.
