Fitbit Versa won't turn on

My versa turned off in the middle of the day a few days ago. It had recently been charged so should have had 50-75% battery left. I have tried charging it for several hours and overnight. It gets warm on the charger so I think the charger is working still, but it doesn't turn on. I have tried holding down the back button and bottom button for several minutes and I have tried holding down all three buttons for several minutes. Nothing has worked and it is completely lifeless - no green lights, no vibrating, etc. Does anyone have any other tips I can try? It is only a year and 3 months old but of course that means the warranty is up. Thank you!

I turn my phone off to reset it every night. This is not helping the Versa

This happened to me too. Mine died overnight and even after charging, nothing shows on the screen. I can't turn it on/off because screen is black.

Thank-you! followed those instructions and now mine is charging! 

I have let the battery run down this far before but have never had this issue before. I'll keep my fingers crossed.🤞😊

I called. It is just dead. They offered me a discount for a new one.
