Fitbit app crash after sync

Anyone else having problems with the fitbit app.....i can set the app up to count my steps, but then after my steps have logged the screen goes white with the fitbit logo on. I have to delete the app and download again. This is the 2nd day of this......any ideas

I'd like to let you know that a Fitbit app update will be soon released, therefore, please wait for it and once available, let me know if you experience the same issue after updating it.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Hi ive incuded screenshots of the phone. I have done all that you have
asked about rebooting phone ect. This problem started yesterday after i
updated my phone.

It seems that the screenshots were not successfully attached into your post, can you please share them with me again? Also, can you please specify which phone are you using? You updated the Fitbit app or your phone's software?

My phones a samsumg galaxy 20......i have updated the phone and the fitbit
app. Hopwfully the screen shots are sent this time
