I have been trying to connect my versa to the desktop app but it doesn't have the option for versa's can anybody pleade advise me on what to do because I'm lost

Are you talking win 10 or connect program?

 

Versa can not be set up on the computer unless its Win 10. Connect will not work.

Really needs to be set up on a Phone

Versa can not be set up on the computer unless its Win 10. Connect will not work.

Really needs to be set up on a Phone

Thank You. No my fitbit app is on a mac but i did use the link from the website. Is there no other computer software that can be used for the fitbit app that is compatible with it?

That is the link I used to download the current app that I have for my fitbit and it didn't have the option for a versa when i was trying to connect my watch
