Fitbit doesn't charge

I had my Fitbit for maybe 2 years now if not longer and for first time just last week I went swimming with it. I tried charging it yesterday, it doesn't even come on. I tried a wall unit to charge it and my laptop. We don't seem to have any centres available that can fix it ... Not sure what else to do ... I wear it everyday, feels empty without it ...

 

Any suggestions ?

Thank you for the information provided regarding the Versa watches that are not charging.

 

If this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article. If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here

 

@Elizabeth1663, it seems that you've also contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. Let me know about the outcome.

Were you able to resolve the problem with your Versa  that was not turning on or to charging?
