My Fitbit versa 2 is glitching like it has a mind of its own and it doesn’t always let me switch to things I restarted it and it did not help how can I fix this? I’m using an iPhone to sync with.
Hi @Bekah218 , restart your Versa 2 three times in a row (internal reset) and see if that solves the problem. If this procedure does not solve your problem, contact Customer Support about this issue, Erik
