i've got this issue now - i have been told by fitbit that there is an issue affecting all fitbit users that data from the device is not transferring to the app - been told it will be resolved soon but I'm sceptical
I have the same issue. Everyone else doing challenge updates but it takes over 40 minutes for my Versa to sync. I have been having trouble with the Versa syncing in genera . Very disappointed with Versa.
I’m disappointed too as I work hard on my challenge and then to loose my steps by having to restart my app! I do have a charge 2 that I am considering going back too. I hate to have wasted my money on this purchase.
