Fitbit not working

Please help my Fitbit I know is fully charged but it’s not turning on 

it has been needing charged a lot lately but now not working 

please help as I have a marathon next week!!!

Try a Restart Barbs, and do it several times if necessary.

If screen won't light up you can't restart according to support help.  You need to see icon and follow steps to do it on the versa.

"Good Luck!  I had the same problem and was told my Miguel tonight that the Versa I bought May 2018 about 1 1/2 years ago was out of warranty so they will give me a 20% discount on a new one and if a particular one 40% off.  It's crap!!!  Seems very strange this occurred after the updates took place--doesn't it!!  EXTREMELY disappointed after being a Fitbit user since it first came out.  I guess Apple Watch is in many people's future!"

yeah it’s very frustrating but luckily mine is still within warranty 

I’m taking it back tom once I put the original straps back on phew
