I have linked my bank card (Santander debit card) to the device but everytime I try to use contactless payment with my fitbit versa, it never works and just asked me to insert my card instead.
I have tried to reboot my fitbit and also link my card again. Nothing works.
Can someone please help?
It's possible that Santander needs to activate something on their end for Fitbit Pay to work with your card.

Best AnswerI also had a problem with Fitbit Pay not working, in my case it was the bank that needed a new copy of my ID.
Best AnswerContacted the bank they said my FitBit is registered on their digital card system.
This means that I should not have any issues in using it.
Looks like it's the watch's problem.
