Fitbit won’t sync, time is off, and I have tried everything! Reading through the forum I see so many loyal customers having issues with their Fitbits since the last update. Is Fitbit going to do something to fix the issue or just ignore the posts here and pretend there isn’t a problem. I continue to see them tell everyone to click on the link to walk through trouble shooting but as we have all said, nothing is working!
Best AnswerI have powered off my phone, shut the Bluetooth off and on, factory reset the Fitbit 3 times, Deleted the app and reinstalled it, deleted the Versa from my account and tried to reinstall. I have been doing this everyday thinking maybe one of these tries It may work. Nothing has worked. I am glad that you got yours working but unfortunately mine is not.
Best AnswerStill no luck, after a week of trying I give up! I hate to think that Fitbit caused this issue to force people to upgrade to the Versa 2. After years of using a Fitbi and the appt I am done.
