Fitbit syncing issues with iPhone SE 2020

My Versa 2 has been syncing perfectly with my iPhone SE 2020 with a couple time needing for me to forget the devise and reconnect to it.  I’ve also lost my notifications a couple times but all it took was a sync. All of a sudden, it stopped syncing tonight. I tried forgetting and reconnecting my Versa 2 with no luck. Now it can’t find the versa 2 at all. I’ve restarted both my watch and phone multiple times. Please help!

Also, I’ve gotten it to sync with my windows 10 computer.
