Had an incident I fell down scratched my Fitbit verse 2 and got it 4 days ago. I barely fell on it and the meddle is all scratched up and the screen is scratched. Fitbit said that they won't help me at all because they don't have any repair places or it isn't warranty
Being afraid that would happen to me, I purchased a 2-year all-inclusive insurance plan from Amazon. Includes everything but bands and outright loss or theft. Buy a screen protector. It will cover the scratches on the metal and might disguise some of the scratches on the screen,
